I'm in Charlotte today. Got to shoot some interviews at Rusty Wallace Racing for Oakley's Infinite Hero foundation. Class act folks out here.
The trip started off a bit wonky, barely made my connection in Minneapolis, had to run from one end to the other with my camera pack. Good times. I'm a one man band out here, Shot everything on my Af100 with a pentax DA*50-135 and a DA*16-50. The Small HD DP6 came in handy for the interviews. I ended up renting a Slider dolly for the b-roll. More on that in another post perhaps.
The footage will end up on ESPN during their coverage of the Race in Daytona this weekend. I head there tomorrow.
I miss your face. You're shooting stuff for the 500 while I was shooting for the 200 and 450. Did you put a strobe in the car? Good portrait dude.
